Ignace started working with CCS Ltd in 2019 on a project basis. Ignace is a registered Professional Quantity Surveyor by the board of registration of the Rwanda Institute of Quantity Surveyors. He is a qualified and experienced Quantity Surveyor able to work as part of a team as well as independently. He is interested in finding innovative ideas towards development of construction industry, motivated by challenges and always look for solutions. QS Ignace has practical experience of more than 5 years in the field of Quantity Surveying. He has been involved in a number of construction projects especially while working with China Railway Construction Engineering Group (CRCEG) /CRJE-East Africa Ltd, Century Engineering Contractors (CEC) Ltd and Sunya Development Ltd .
