Mr Achilles Dusabumuremyi
Assistant Quantity Surveyor

Mr Achilles is a Registered Graduate Quantity Surveyor by the Board of registration of Quantity Surveyors of Rwanda with practical experience more than 2 years in the field of Quantity Surveying. Achilles is pursuing a professional registration route and is working under close supervision of senior Quantity Surveyors on various assignments.
Achilles DUSABUMUREMYI joined CCS Ltd in December 2022. He worked on a wide range of projects on different stages such as design, construction/implementation, and project financial audit. He led the Association of Quantity Surveying Students in Rwanda known as RQSSA and helped it publish two editions; sixth edition in 2020 with the theme “The versatility of the Quantity Surveying profession” and seventh edition in 2022 with the theme “The implications of running a construction project without a professional Quantity Surveyor” of its journal known as INKINGI JOURNAL. Mr Achilles also helped the Association organize other events as public lectures to empower the Quantity Surveying students among other things.
Mr Achilles holds a Bachelor of Science degree with honours in Quantity Surveying from the College of Science and Technology of the University of Rwanda. In addition, in 2019 he took a course in Data Science; R Basics through HarvardX, which is an online learning initiative of the Harvard and MIT Universities. He also took a course in Filmmaking and Television Production from Kigali Film and Television School (KFTV) between 2017 and 2018. Last but not least, in 2012 he attended and received a certificate from a leadership training to empower young men “BE Camp” through a volunteering program of Peace Corps and is a member of the YALI Network.
Mr Achilles is currently working on the proposed construction of La Colombiere Education Center as Site Quantity Surveyor and he Is providing technical assistance in other projects whenever a need be. He has been involved in the preparation and review of the Bills of Quantities for Proposed G+5 Commercial Building at Muhima for Rwanda Special Materials Ltd, Review of the BoQ for the proposed construction of Busanza Hospital, preparation of the Final account for RURA twin Towers Project in Muhima.
During his academic training, he undertook industrial training in Gasabo 3Don the construction of Busanza Housing Estate phase2 and Real Contractors on the construction of Camp Kigali student Hostels .
Mr Achilles has skills in computer applications such as MS Office (Excel, Word, & PowerPoint), PlanSwift, AutoCAD, Adobe Premiere Pro, InDesign, R, and SPSS.
