Mr. Elysee BYIRINGIRO IS Professional Quantity Surveyor graduated from University of Rwanda College of Science and Technology (CST) in 2021 with a Bachelor of Science in Quantity Surveying with second class Honors Upper Division. He is now an active Quantity Surveyor with 3 years of work Experience.
During His Academic Studies, he did his Academic Internships in a well-known firms called MEW Consultants and GMK Ltd where he gained different skills required for a competent Quantity Surveyor. He also has background in Construction industry from secondary education where he managed to be among top 10 best performers in 2015 TVET National Examination in Public Works Option.
He Served his Quantity Surveying Roles on behalf of both Consultant and Contractor, which gave him more experiences in construction Projects.
Mr Elysee joined CCS Ltd in 2022. He worked on a wide range of projects on different stages such as design, construction/implementation, and project financial audit. He acted as Department Representative of Construction management (CMT) in school of Architecture and Built environment (SABE) in University of Rwanda. He also acted as Vice-chairperson in charge of information and Technology in Rwanda Quantity Surveying Students Association- RQSSA. Furthermore, he acted as assistant chief Editor for Rwanda Quantity Surveying Students’ Association- RQSSA-INKINGI (Quantity Surveying) Journal about “The contribution of Construction industry to the sustainable development of Rwanda” and an author or a contributor to different article in it – which is about (Sustainable Flesh water).
In 2015 , Mr Elyse was awarded Certificate of appreciation for being among top ten best performers in 2015 TVET National examination.
Mr Elyse is knowlegable about Engineering, Architectural and QS softwares including: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power point, Microsoft word, Microsoft Publisher, ArchiCAD, AutoCAD, GIS, Ccs Candy, Autodesk Revit Architectural, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe in design and Internet Explorer.
