Covenant Construction Solutions Ltd (CCS Ltd) is a dynamic professional consulting firm mainly in the field of quantity surveying and project management. The firm was established in 2019 and it is based in Kigali, Rwanda. CCS Ltd is a registered professional consulting firm by the Rwanda Public Procurement Authority (RPPA) , Rwanda Institute of Quantity Surveyors ( RIQS) and  from 2020, it was registered by Institution of Engineers Rwanda (EIR).

Founded by QS Frederic Nyaminani, the firm brings to bear his in-depth knowledge of the development of construction projects, and a broad range of skills gained from more than 10 years’ experience working on prominent development projects in Rwanda and other African countries such as Kenya, Burundi and Congo-Brazzaville.

CCS Ltd provides a range of professional Quantity Surveying & construction project management services as well as other architectural & engineering services across all sectors of the property and construction industry. CCS Ltd understands the need for clients to be assured of the value for money on any project, not only with regard to the investment cost but also in consideration of the running and maintenance costs of the property. Effective Cost planning enables the client/ developers to make informed decisions at every stage of a project through comparison of  cost of various design alternatives against original budgets.

CCS Ltd collaborates with various professionals such as architects, Civil/ structural engineers, electrical engineers, mechanical and plumbing engineers, Occupational Health and Safety consultants, IT Engineers, Environmental experts in order to comply with the project requirements. We work closely with clients within all sectors of the construction industry including Government entities, consultants, developers, main contractors and sub-contractors in both the private and public sectors.

The firm has professionals who are highly qualified academically and computer literate. The firm is built upon a wealth of training, experience and expertise of the founder and staff members to provide the above services.

Our principal Director/ Managing Director is a Rwandan entrepreneur and business man and he is a founder of CCS Ltd. He is qualified Professional Quantity Surveyor and excel aspects of project management in construction.
