Mrs Janviere Barakagwira is a certified Professional Property Valuer by the Institute of Real Property Valuers of Rwanda. She has a detailed and comprehensive knowledge in Real Estate Management and Valuation, property management, real estate marketing and principles of laws, contracts and accounting aspect as well. This allows her to provide a technical advice in property management, law, investment opportunities, land use, contract, property valuation, grants etc.  She is also underaking a master’s program in project Management

Janviere  is  self-motivated, committed, determined in achieving her goals and aspirations, able to quickly learn and  work under pressure, a firm sense of responsibility and having a career objective to overcome any challenges from her assignment  and having a will to help the organization to grow up. She is sociable and able to relate to a wide range of people.

Mrs Janviere Barakagwira her  obtained bachelor’s degree in Estate Management and Valuation from the  University of Rwanda, College of Science and Technology (CST) former Kigali Institute of Science and Technology (KIST).

Mrs Janviere holds over 6years of practical expertise in the field, registered under the Institute of Real Property Valuers of Rwanda with practice License No. RC/IRPV/243/2022.

Before joining CCS Ltd, she worked for Ishyo Art Center ltd as a team leader conducting  field surveys, training artists in effective use of available funds, data entry , analysis and reporting,  arranging logistic for foreign artists attending Rwandan Festival, and assisting  them in English language interpretation to local artists. She also worked at Equity Rwanda Ltd as marketing officer for the “Eazzy-Pay Product”, field data collection, assisted in credit facility department, provided customer advisory services related to their projects and efficient use of credit facilities.

Mrs Janviere worked with Resonate Rwanda as a facilitator, a NGO empowering women and girls.  She participated as a facilitator in the capacity building trainings on transformative leadership and gender equality for target groups in Rwanda and Tanzania-Arusha.
