Mr. Blaise Pascal BIGIRIMANA
Assistant Quantity Surveyor (Grd.QS, Bsc.QS, MRIQS)
Mr. Blaise Pascal is a Registered Graduate Quantity Surveyor by the Board of registration of Quantity Surveyors of Rwanda with practical experience more than 2 years in the field of Quantity Surveying. He is pursuing a professional registration route and is working under close supervision of senior Quantity Surveyors on various assignments.
Mr. Blaise Pascal BIGIRIMANA joined CCS Ltd in March 2024. He worked on a wide range of Projects on different stages such as Tendering and procurement, construction/implementation. He worked in Rwanda housing authority (RHA) as assistant Quantity surveyor on Amahoro stadium upgrading project 2023-2024. Mr. Blaise Pascal BIGIRIMANA also worked in EVER DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION Ltd As quantity surveyor 2022-2023. And part time procurement facilitator in Field support and engineering analysis Ltd (FSEA) since 2021 up to date.
Mr. Blaise Pascal BIGIRIMANA holds a Bachelor of Science degree with honours in Quantity Surveying from the College of Science and Technology of the University of Rwanda. In addition, in 2019 he took a course in AKAZI KANOZE ACESS, which Was a training from WDA (Work force development authority ) that was training about business planning leader ship, innovation , job creation decision making and public talking and (BOB) being our own boss program in 2018 . He also took a course in OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH REGULATION (OSHR) in 2019.
Mr. Blaise Pascal BIGIRIMANA is currently working in Covenant Construction Solution Ltd as Assistant Quantity Surveyor in charge of procurement, tendering and contract administration. And he is providing technical assistance in other projects whenever a need be. He involved in the preparation and review of the Bills of Quantities, During his academic training, he undertook industrial training in FAIR CONSTRUCTION Ltd on the construction of MUHURA-KIRAMURUZI Feeder road in quantity surveying department2020-2022.
Mr. Blaise Pascal BIGIRIMANA has skills in computer applications such as:
MS Office (Excel, Word, & PowerPoint), Plan Swift, AutoCAD, MS Project, Arch CAD and Twin motion and InDesign and rendering, SPSS and LIBRE office.
